Chemicals were developed with particular emphasis on enzymes using the knowledge gained over the years. This allowed us to develop products and produce finishes that had previously not been attainable. These new products were first used in-house to perfect the technology of garment washing. Enzymes, are used extensively within this industry, and can be classified into two major groups, Amylases and Cellulases which are used for de-sizing and stonewashing. Denykem supplies a range of products for these purposes, the preferred type for stonewashing is Neutral cellulase, designed to add abrasion and character to the garments without damaging the integrity of the fabric. These can be operated in a wide variety of conditions.
